Annie has over 25 years of experience as a therapist in adult and adolescent psychiatry, addiction treatment, and trauma therapy. She provides individual therapy for adults, as well as clinical supervision and training for individuals and groups.
Annie holds a Master's degree in Creative Arts Therapy and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Havening Techniques®. She has also undertaken extensive study in Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Her work is informed by the latest developments in neuroscience and by the compassionate, innovative approaches of trauma specialists Janina Fisher and Pat Ogden.

Negin is a psychologist and art therapist, with over 10 years of clinical experience. She has worked with adults, young people, and couples in a variety of public and private health settings including community health, inpatient programs, and relationship support services such as Relationships Australia and SHIPS.
Negin is passionate about exploring how traumatic experiences and attachment patterns impact on our mental health, sense of well-being and life decisions. She has a strong interest in mind-body- spirit connection and integrating cognitive, emotional, somatic, and creative techniques to facilitate healing and growth. Bel Fin is a psychotherapist and counsellor who works with adults, young people, parents, and helping professionals. She has a particular interest in relationships, life transitions, perinatal mental health, trauma, and family patterns.
Bel holds a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy and has undertaken extensive training in attachment-based therapy, somatic approaches, trauma therapy, family systems, parts work, perinatal therapies, and the Gottman Method.
Her approach is relational, practical, and grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy. Drawing on neuroscience, attachment theory, and experiential therapies, Bel helps people understand themselves more deeply, navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
